We’re loving studded shoes though they don’t half push the price tag up for a bit of added tin!

So we suggest having a go at making your own – how good do these vans look? Well they could be on your feet after a brief shopping trip and an ice lolly.

All you need is the Vans, they don’t have to be vans, rather any trainer of your choosing, some studs that you can find from any haberdashery (think John Lewis) or art shop, some super glue and a lolly stick.

The reason for the studs and glue should be obvious enough but the lolly stick it to position them on the shoe without getting your fingers stuck together and without getting glue all over your lovely soon to be studded trainers!
