It’s been over three years since we last heard anything from Yeasayer but now the band are back with a new track and you can give it a listen below.

Henrietta is the Brooklyn based bands first track since releasing their last album, Odd Blood back in 2009. At the time Yeasayer were the band to like if you were a Hoxtonite and someone who likes to jump on the ‘it band’ bandwagon however despite all the hype they disappeared in a blaze of glory and we haven’t heard from them until now.

Before posting the track online Yeasayer sent a physical copy of the single to everyone who is a member of their mailing list.

The band announced earlier this year that they’d began work on the album so we can probably expect that any month now. So if you are a fan of the band and even if you aren’t but you want to see what all the hype is about, then you can check out Henrietta below.
