We know that high end fashion can be ridiculous but Karl Lagerfeld’s new £29,000 collar is truly eye watering.

Not content with being the head of Chanel Lagerfeld also recently launched his own fashion line and this collar is part of that new collection. Lagerfeld has long had a bit of an obsession with collars often wearing them himself and featuring them in several of his past collections.

This new one combines fine jewellery with high fashion and features a 22.33-carat emerald and a thousand 40-carat black diamonds which accounts for a large amount of the money you’ll have to spend to own it.
