Despite the fact they disbanded late last year The White Stripes have announced they will be reissuing two of their early singles for this years Record Store Day.
On 21st April The White Stripes will release two tracks on a double sided black and red vinyl. One side of the Record Store Day vinyl will hold the track, Handsprings while the other side will hold Red Death at 6:14. Brother and sisters Meg and Jack White are putting the singles out once more to help celebrating independent record stores for the annual event that takes place here in the UK and also abroad.
The White Stripes decided to call it a day after 13 years of making music together to protect the bands legacy. Since leaving Jack White has been pursuing a solo career and you can hear some of his solo tracks here.
