Third Man Records has announced that it will release more White Stripes outtakes.
New versions of Dead Leaves And The Dirty Ground and Let’s Build A Home will be among them.
These releases come as the latest Vault subscription package, something you can pick up from Third Man Records for a quarterly fee.
The new versions released were tracked during the 1999 sessions for the band’s self-titled debut album. The label states that they are ‘markedly different’ to those that ended up on White Blood Cells and De Stijl.
The Vault package also includes a 3xLP compilation of all of the singles released on Third Man in 2011 and a Third Man t-shirt. A pretty good bundle we reckon, especially as the T-shirt changes from yellow to when when it goes in the sun. Cool.
