This shirt is all sorts of wrong. We have been looking around trying to find a similar shirts with cut outs but it’s proved tough as it seems as though most people agree with us that this is not a good idea.

Shirt with shoulders out? The shoulder-less shirt? Who decided this would be a god thing to bring to the masses? Topshop sell this one above and we have already seen a ‘how to’ for shoulder-less shirts (image below) which is concerning.

Please can we start a petition to make sure we have no more shirts with bits cut out of them hitting the shops? Who’s with us? Would you buy or wear the above?

We blame the SS/11 catwalks when Therese Rawsthorne, Karla Spetic, American Retro and more sent their models down the catwalks wearing shoulder cut out shirts. However the key thing that has been missed when translating this trend to the high street it seems is that if it’s going to happen at all the shoulders should be cut out of a flowing, soft shirt not a lumberjack, thick gaudy coloured one. People, you have been warned.
