Over the weekend we found a brilliant Youtube channel called Honest Trailers. A whole loa of Honest Trailers can be found on this playlist.

What they do is take a critical look at some of the recent films out on the cinema screens and put an ‘honest’ trailer together for them.

Above is the one for Avengers which is out favourite but of the list Prometheus (spoiler alert) and Twilight are great as well. We love the fact that they point out that during the big avengers fight seen all the characters are able to talk to one another without any earpieces. Oh yeah, and Transformers is a good one too….

Twilight : ‘A romance that is played out in a number of meaningful stares’

Prometheus : ‘A sort of prequel that doesn’t use the best parts of the Alien franchise’

These had us giggling for ages so have a flick through them on your lunch break. We promise you you’ll want to show someone else straight after.
