With only 199 days to go until the start of the London 2012 Olympic Games the organisers have released a video giving us a tour of what the Olympic park is shaping up like and you can check it out above.

In the video we get a rather corporate style run through of the park from Olympic gold medalist Jonathan Edwards who currently holds the world record for mens triple jump as he shows us how a ‘neglected’ area of East London is being transformed into a site suitable for the world stage.
