Vestal Vaults is the newest pop up bar to grace the under belly of Covent Garden.

With  a refreshing menu of only 8 cocktails and a few nibbled this is a pop up minus the pomp housed under The Forge.

The Vestal Vodka Vaults menus are very novel though even if the venue is set up to be more laid back. They come in the form of the fortune teller folded papers that you would make as a child to find out the initials of someone who fancied you. But instead of initials you get drinks offerings such as Hot Sexy Punch at £7 a pop.

Hot Sexy Punch is a mix of Vestal Kaszebe, Pineapple juice, Cinnamon Syrup, Cherry Herring, Martini Bianco, Lemon and Dash Angostura Bitters topped with Sparkling wine and another option, taking on the current interest in Mezcal in London is The Vestal Mezcal that mixes Vestal Podlasie, Kamm and Sons and Peychaud Bitters to make a pretty potent offering.
