When Snoop Dogg and Dr Dre performed alongside a hologram of Tupac at Coachella a few days ago the world went crazy. Now rumour has it the hologram could be heading out on tour.
In what was no mean feat Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg managed to bring legendary rapper Tupac back from the dead to perform alongside them at 2012′s Coachella festival and now if rumours are to be believed they’re going to take the hologram out on tour with them.
The news was broken in Wall Street Journal today when a source close to the two performers said that they were hoping to take the recreation of Tupac out on tour with them. As well as that it’s also rumoured that Eminem, 50 Cent and Wiz Khalifa will also be joining the two which will apparently be split into two sections, one that will take place in large stadiums and another that will take place on a smaller, more limited scale.
The news comes at the same time that it was reported that creation of the hologram cost ‘at least’ $100,000.
