The xx have announced that they are going to be playing three intimate live shows in London next week.
Kicking off on 14th May at the Electrowerkz in Islington before playing Chats Palace in Hackney on 15th and the Battersea Arts Centre on 18th The xx will be previewing some of their new material.
It was announced earlier this year that the band, who won the Mercury Prize in 2010, will be releasing their second studio album later this year and these live shows will be a way of showing off their new material and making sure their fans like it.
If you want to head down to one of the shows then you just have to choose a date and enter your details over on the bands website and you’ll be entered into a lottery style ballot with those who’ve been lucky enough to get tickets being alerted before the shows.
