It’s the moment most of us have been waiting for since it’s been announced, the four day weekend in honour of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee but what will the weather be like this weekend?
After the sunny spells we’ve been experiencing over the past week or so we’ve all been keeping our fingers and our toes crossed that it sticks around long enough for us to be able to make the most of our four days off. However it looks like all the crossing may have been in vein because the windier and wetter weather looks set to clear the skies of any sun.
Weather wise the best days are going to be Saturday and Monday where the generalĀ consensusĀ seems to be that there will be a bit of sun breaking through the sun however because you get too excited temperatures aren’t set to go any higher than 19 degrees.
As for Sunday and Tuesday you can mainly expect more clouds, showers and highs of around 13 degrees.
So there you have it. The weather over the Jubilee weekend is basically going to be utterly miserable. Best get planning some indoor activities, see you all in the pub…
