More good Hobbit casting has been announced, with news that the excellent young actress Saoirse Ronan has signed on the dotted line to appear in the films.  It’s as yet not specified which character she’ll play but after previously working with Peter Jackson on the highly underrated ‘The Lovely Bones‘ back in 2009, we’re sure the director will give her a meaty part.

‘The Hobbit’ was hit with delays yesterday as Jackson was unexpectedly ommited to hospital for emergency surgery, pushing back the start of filming a further month.  So here’s to a swift recovery from everyone at Who’s Jack.
