Just a few days after the news broke that Peter Jackson was turning his Hobbit films into a trilogy The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey has been given a new alternative trailer.
Along with some bits and pieces we saw in the first trailer there’s also some new footage for you Hobbit fans to wrap your keen eyes around.
Due for release on 14th December the film stars all the usual faces including Orlando Bloom, Martin Freeman, Elijah Wood, Christopher Lee and Luke Evans in a tale that sees Bilbo Baggins going on a quest to save the Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor.
The film will be the first of three epic adventures being made by Jackson following the tales of some of the most famous characters of all time. The second installment is due for release at the end of 2013 and the third is likely to be with us by 2015.
