Wheeling it’s shiny van-ness to an outdoor site near you is the Byron Burger Van.
A very attractive beast that is fully functioning and winging its way across the country this summer. As anyone that lives in London knows Byron does great burgers, not to mention their amazing ice berg wedge side. So we’re pretty darn excited that it’s joined some of it’s friends such as Hummingbird bakery and gone mobile.

Today the van rocks up at Camden Town Brewery, Chalk farm so if you’re there, go grab a burger!
On the menu at the Byron van is a stripped down selection of Byrons finest proper hamburgers the way they should be: patties made with good beef from small Scottish farms minced freshly every morning, cooked pink, and served in a soft, squishy bun with minimum fuss and fanfare. The three choices of hamburger available are classic, with cheese, and the signature Byron (with cheese, bacon and Byron sauce).
