Here’s a nice way to start a Monday morning, with some brand new footage from Andrew Garfield’s new film, The Amazing Spider-Man.

Marc Webb’s take on Marvel’s Spider-Man comics has been given a new Japanese trailer today and it’s full of new footage that will show Spider fans what they can expect from the film when it’s released in the UK on 4th July.

Starring Garfield as the webbed man himself alongside Emma Stone, Martin Sheen, Rhys Ifans and Sally Field the film centres around Peter Parker finding clues that could lead him to discover why his parents disappeared when he was younger.

With so many big blockbusters being released this year The Amazing Spider-Man has some big competition and we have to say that so far we haven’t been blown away by what we’ve seen but we do love Andrew Garfield so we’re really hoping the film can live up to the hype. We’ll have to wait just three months to discover if it will.
