TfL bosses have started the pre-Paralympics scare mongering by telling people to avoid busy areas once the Games kick off next week. They’ve said that dealing with the new influx of tourists to the capital will be a ‘huge challenge’ because a other big events like Premier League matches are also taking place during that period.
