Street Fest Live comes to Boxpark on the 4th October until the 30th with a public launch event for all on the opening night.
This is the first Street Fest only exhibition and it will collect together work to show the story of Street Fest from inception through to the current day.
Street Fest first began in 2008 and since then have been broadening their ‘creative community’ with events and shows all of the place. Captured over the years through official and unofficial photographers special moments have been printed out and are ready to be on display by Wayne Mosser, Takahiro Nakayama, Yoshitaka Kono, Rickford Compton, Ollie Adeboye and Olivia Frayman.
On the launch day there will be an array of spoken word and live art performances courtesy of Remedy and Street Fest’s family of artists respectively. Plus DJ’s dropping some tunes as well as a little surprise Live PA on the evening.
Free tickets for StreetFest 2013 will be given away at the launch along with some special prizes on the night, and of course complimentary drinks.
