Fresh from touring with Jack White singing duo Smoke Fairies have announced that they are heading out on a UK tour which kicks off in May and trickles through till October.

Smoke Fairies are made up of Jessica Davies and Katherine Blamire and they’ve been rightfully getting a lot of attention for their husky singing style and vintage looks and style for the past few years. It also doesn’t hurt that they’ve had former White Stripes front man White backing them from the start even producing a couple of tracks for the girls and inviting them to tour Europe and the US with him.

The UK tour will be your first chance to see Smoke Fairies in their own right and it all kicks off with a date at London’s Tabernacle venue on 28th May. They then take a few months break to perform at festivals and get their vocal chords ready before heading out on a full blown UK tour throughout September and October.

The second leg of the tour kicks off on 18th September in Cardiff and finishes up in Cambridge on 8th October.
