Here’s the first trailer for Silver Linings Playbook, a new film from Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence.

Lawrence is of course best known at the moment for playing Katniss Everdeen in the first Hunger Games film however if this trailer is anything to go by she has plenty more tricks up her sleeve than just being able to shoot a bow and arrow.

Silver Linings Playbook tells the story of two people who are working through mental illnesses. While Coopers character has become hell bent with winning back his wife after battling his illness Lawrence’s character promises to help him win her over once more but only if he takes part in a dancing competition with her first.

Of course one dance move leads to another and before they know it they’re falling for each other. It looks quite brilliant in a rather dark way so we suggest checking it out when it’s released on 23rd November.
