Renowned US street artist Shepard Fairey has been hard at work creating this new piece on the streets of Turnpike Lane.

Arguably best known for his political paintings in particular his white, red and blue image of Barack Obama which he released just before the US elections Fairey has become one of the more respected artists of our time.

Which is why it’s nice of him to take the time out to gift the London streets with some new work. The piece takes on a similarly political stance with a big blue and red eye taking centre stage along with the words ‘envision peace’.
