It has been confirmed that Sharon Stone will play the mother of Linda Lovelace in new film Lovelace from Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman.

Lovelace is a biopic about the American porn star who claimed after numerous film appearances to have been forced into the career by a ‘sadistic’ husband. Amanda Seyfried will be playing the lead as Lovelace who was one of the most famous adult film stars of the 70s staring in one of the all time highest grossing indie films, Deep Throat.

The script centers on the before mentioned relationship Lovelace had with her husband Chuck Traynor. Peter Sarsgaard is currently in negotiations to take the role of the husband.
