No wonder this trailer is getting so much hype online. Robot and Frank has a great cast including Liv Tyler, Frank Langella and Susan Sarandon (personally I find that anything involving Susan is instantly great) and has a great subject, the roboticised near future.

Frank (Frank Langella) is bought a robot by his son (James Marsden) to help in around the house as he has very much lost interest in the modern world.

Initially unimpressed by the Robot Frank begins to find a new use for its programing and a strong friendship is formed.

Frank schemes to recruit his new companion to create a heist team.

Frank and Robot premiered at Sundance and is set to hit theaters August 24, we’ll be in the audience.
