As if it was ever needed we think we may have stumbled across some proof that The Joker is the best movie villain of all time.

No one can fail to recognise Batman’s arch enemy with his green messy hair and painted on face as one of the most distinctive film villains of all time and now two filmmakers Derek Kwok and Henri Wong are paying tribute to him with this new short film.

Made using stop-motion technology the very clever 3 minute film has been made using action figures that play out the role The Joker plays in Christopher Nolan’s infamous second film The Dark Knight which saw Heath Ledger take on the role so effortlessly.

Of course he isn’t the only film villain around other greats also include Darth Vader, Freddy Krueger, Leatherface and the alien from Alien but we reckon when it comes to quick wit, creepiness and pure evil qualities The Joker wins each and every time.
