It seems things are going even further to deter young rioters ahead of this years Notting Hill Carnival.

Messages relayed of kids getting up to 4 years for posting riot suggestions online are not enough and now people are just being arrested a week before the capitals yearly street carnival.

35 people have been arrested ahead of the weekend who have been said to be known trouble makers and had plans to make trouble at the event.

5,500 officers will be on hand for the carnival on Sunday and 6,500 on Monday with 4,000 elsewhere in London.
