East London is awash with little people thanks to Mexican street artist, Pablo Delgado. His little people and animals have been delighting everyone that notices them.
There are sex workers and pandas and people with walking sticks, giraffes and more and it all began with just little doors.
Delgado lives in Whitechapel, east London and started with the little doors on the street about a year ago and now it seems the little people have emerged from them casting their tiny shadows onto the street.
The people and doors are prints outs that Delgado pastes onto the walls. They all represent something, the doors – space and traveling into different worlds, the prostitutes represent the way in which the city has been ‘selling itself’ over the Olympics.
You’ll want to watch out for them quick though as people have been trying to pull them off the walls and take them home for themselves.
