It doesn’t take a genius to work out that when two super brands such as Opening Ceremony and adidas Originals decide to team up the out come is going to be fairly brilliant.
And so that’s why when we saw their new collaboration we weren’t disappointed. As you’ll probably have heard by now the Olympic Games are hitting London in a matter of weeks and to celebrate and show off their affiliation with the event adidas Originals have been busy releasing a number of Olympic themed collections.
They’ve now teamed up with ever-so-cool American brand Opening Ceremony who were themselves named after the notoriously bright and energetic event that kicks off the Olympic games every four years.
The outcome of the collaboration is something that we consider to be pretty near to perfect. Taking adidas Originals’ sport influenced shapes and combining it with Opening Ceremony’s typical girlie floral prints and bright colours the collection gels together brilliantly. There’s dresses, tops, skirts and of course a variety of shoes so make sure you check it out above.
