Just over a year after her death a new mural has appeared in London celebrating the life of Amy Winehouse.
The new piece of street art can now be found on the shutter of 184 Brick Lane and has been created by Otto Schade. Schade himself is a renowned artist who is best know for his abstract and surreal pieces and this new piece has his trademark stencil detailing all over it.
In an area consumed with various street art and murals this piece is likely to stand out amongst its neighbouring pieces. It’s a rather dark portrait of the late singer and is instantly noticeable against the brightly coloured pieces of art that sandwich it either side.
Thanks to Global Street Art who commissioned the piece for the images.
