5 months ago The Museum of London and Lomography got together to give you the chance to be part of an Olympic piece of art and exhibition, the LomoWall.
Lomography, incase you don’t know is a unique type of photography that comes from a unique type of Lomography camera and film. Images are all taken on special film and in a breath of fresh air, aren’t digital hence why many have a huge love for the cameras and the images they take.
Now all the images are in and the LomoWall that is based around the theme of Inspiring and Achieving is up, ready for the Olympic and Paralympic games.
There are 30,000 Lomographs gracing the walls of the Museum of London. All chosen images were printed and hand assembled by the Lomography team into patterns of colour.
There are four LomoWalls in total, three massive curved walls in the outside space of the museum, and one tall wall inside the Museum foyer.
Lomo has named all the people that have an image in the final pieces of art on their site which you can find here.
