Midnight Marauder is an artist who is beginning to build himself up something of a cult following for his fresh and inspiring takes on iconic film posters.

He first came into most people’s radars when he released a series of posters inspired by Ridley Scott’s 2012 release Prometheus and since then he’s gone on to rework several other film posts including Blade Runner and The Dark Knight Rises.

Each of Midnight Marauder’s works are gritty, well thought out and utterly beautiful often coming complete with quite a vintage tinge to them and he can now count WJ as some of his biggest fans.

Although reworking film posters is nothing new in the art world it’s the way Midnight Marauder captures the films context so perfectly that really grabs our attention and for that we reckon he deserves a lot of praise.
