Here’s a great new teaser trailer for Rian Johnson’s new directorial effort, Looper.

Starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Bruce Willis, Emily Blunt, Jeff Daniels and Paul Dano Looper has got film fans rather excited and you can see why in the teaser trailer above. Looper is a futuristic thriller set in a time when time travel is possible but highly illegal and only available on the black market. The official synopsis reads like this, ‘When the mob wants to get rid of someone, they will send their target 30 years into the past, where a “looper” – a hired gun, like Joe (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) – is waiting to mop up. Joe is getting rich and life is good… until the day the mob decides to “close the loop,” sending back Joe’s future self (Bruce Willis) for assassination.’

Looper is due for release in the UK on 28th September.
