It may come as no massive surprise but London is currently home to seven of the UK’s most expensive streets all of which are situated in the Kensington and Chelsea borough.
Campden Hill Square which is just around the corner from Kate and Will’s new pad, Kensington Palace tops the poll as the UK’s most expensive street to live on with the average house costing £4,863,000 to buy according to research done by Lloyds TSB.
Also on the list are Drayton Gardens where an average home costs £4,428,000, Duchess of Bedfords Walk where you’ll spend around £3,862,000 and Cadogan Square where homes cost £3,678,000.
