Yesterday we showed you the first poster of Lindsay Lohan as Elizabeth Taylor and now we have the first trailer for the film she’s playing her in, Liz & Dick.
Just like Taylor Lohan is no stranger to the dizzy heights of fame nor throwing the odd diva tantrum so we can see why she was chosen for this TV film. However unfortunately for anyone hoping that this trailer would give them the chance to scrutinize Lohan’s acting talent you’re out of luck. Not because she’s great in it, that remains to be seen, but because we barely see her doing much other than pouting at the camera. For some reason any real acting on her behalf has been edited out.
Lohan stars opposite Grant Bowler who is taking on the role of Taylor’s on and off husband Richard Burton. The two enjoyed a particularly lavish yet turbulent relationship which earned them hundreds of front page head lines and column inches.
At the moment there’s no word on if this film will be shown over here in the UK but no doubt it’ll be put into DVD and then you can buy it from Amazon or indeed eBay.
