As Colours come to play the Shacklewell Arms on the 2nd March and release their new EP, Arms with Dignan Porch and YRRS it seems only right that we should let you have a listen to it beforehand.
Colours have their own DIY record label, Marshall Teller Records, and on it release their favourite bands such as Gross Magic, Dignan Porch, Warm Brains, Total Slacker, Weird Dreams, and The Vaccines.
On the bands name the boys have told Dazed, ‘Looking back, I wish I was a little more creative, as the band name is terrible for searching, you mainly get linked to a wedding band from Texas.’
Their forthcoming EP was recorded with east London producer, Rory Attwell aka Warm Brains. Arms with Dignan Porch and YRRS is available as a limited run of 250 records all screen-printed by the band & friends which is a nice personal touch as is the music on their EP which will give you a nice warm fuzzy feeling.
