After four glorious days partying in honour of her Majesty it’s finally back to work for most of us. But fear not we have some new music to ease you back into the rest of the week.

Today we have a preview of Metric’s new album which they are currently streaming for free online. Synthetica is the bands fifth studio album and it contains 11 brand new tracks for all you fans out there.

Canadian indie rock band Metric have been knocking around the music scene since the late 90s when the band were considered to be fairly alternative from quite a pop-saturated music market.

Their brand of alt rock soon gained them a huge following and they’ve since gone on to achieve success across the world including a number of awards for their album releases.
