Josh Radnor, who is best known for playing cuddly philanderer Ted Moseby in How I Met Your Mother, can be seen being beardily enthused about the Romantic Poets in this clip from his upcoming movie Liberal Arts.

The brief scene, courtesy of Empire, also features Allison Janney as Radnor’s old professor; a woman he seems to be accidentally seducing through his nostalgic outpourings.

It is Radnor’s entanglement with a younger woman, played by Elizabeth Olsen, that is the driving  aspect of the film’s narrative, although clearly his character is able to attract any female providing they are not age appropriate.
