Print Club London, a wonderful artistic printy hub based in Dalston wants to give everyone the chance to learn how to print with regular print club workshops.
The print workshops are proving very popular with many this month already sold out. Just think, you’ve always wanted that image up on your wall but never got around to getting it printed, well why not print it yourself?
Or even if you are an artist that wants to save on print costs then these workshops are surely for you too as the workshops are only £45 and you can take home valuable skills from them.
Dates in September are 8th, 13th, 16th, 20th, 22nd, 27th and 30th with more dates in October and thereafter.
Workshops run on these days from 11-4pm although you are asked to arrive at 10.45 to get ready and have a tea.
These print workshops are for people with little or no previous screen printing experience. You will learn how to screenprint your own design and go through the whole process from digital image to pulling the squeegee.
The design you choose to print must be A4 and black and white and you need to bring it on a usb and no photographs will be used to print. For an example of the type of work you could walk away with having printed it yourself see the image above. ( by Wunder Kammer).
Those who complete a workshop can become a member at Print Club (as long as there is space available).
