Tis the season to be jolly. And to get a top fashion designer to pimp out your Christmas tree a la Claridges and Lanvin.

The hotel have announced that Lanvin’s creative director and long time guest of the hotel, Alber Elbaz, will be working his magic this festive period by creating a tree that’s bound to make all other London landmarks super jealous. In the previous two years the tree has been designed by John Galliano but taking into consideration his questionable behaviour over the past year they obviously decided it was time to try someone new.

There’s a sketch of what the tree will look like above but you’ll have to wait a few more days to see it in all it’s glory when it’s unveiled on 22nd November.
