In some pretty shocking film news this morning Kristen Stewart has been dropped from the follow up to Snow White and the Huntsman.

Things have of course been troubled for the Twilight actress who’s recent affair with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Saunders has not only caused issues in her own relationship with Robert Pattinson but also it seems in her career.

While no direct reason is being given for dropping Stewart from the next film it would seem that her indiscretions have left a bad taste in the mouth of the films studio Universal who seem to want to keep the controversy away from the next film. It’s made all the more interesting by the fact Saunders will still be directing the next effort.

Instead the SWATH follow up with centre on Chris Hemsworth’s character, the Huntsman however how they’re going to have a Snow White tale without the leading character we’re not all together sure.
