Kings of the City, the London based hiphop/guitar group have released the visuals for their latest track titled ‘Forest Of Babylon.’
The track itself features verses which have an hallucinogenic/trippy sound, which is suitably matched by the visuals. Similarly, the wailing and haunting melody of vocalist Danny Wilder just adds further to the tune, which lingers with you long after listening.
” A man with a fictitious grin pondered the terrain in which he flooded with anguish,
For this is England, and the lion cannot be tamed…”
” I get high till I see purple unicorns with 9mm uzi horns in 40′s movie form…”
‘Forest of Babylon’ is the B-side to the forthcoming single - ’Please Tell Me’ . It will also feature on Kings of the City’s ’No Guts No Glory Deluxe’ Double EP. You can listen to more from Kings Of The City on their soundcloud.
The video is directed by Danny Wilder and Doug Topott.
