The huge love of food vans that we have been experiencing in London for the past couple of years is now tipping over to the printed page.
A favourite at food van street event, Kerb in Kings Cross is Bowler’s meatball van which serves all sorts of different meaty balls. Many flavours are offered such as great balls of fire and wasabi salmon and they have been going down so well that the owner of Bowler, Jez Felwick has decided to share his secrets in a new cook book.
