Kanye West has been forced to change the title of his new track, Theraflu after legal action was threatened over the original name.

The track will now be known as Way Too Cold and West took to his Twitter to announce the news saying simply, ‘I changed the name of the song THERAFLU to WAY TOO COLD’.  While there’s been no official statement about why the track name had to be changed the cold and coughs medicine Theraflu have previously expressed their disapproval of the track sharing it’s name.

A few weeks ago a spokesperson for the brand told TMZ, ‘We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner. Theraflu is an over-the-counter product used to help relieve cold and flu symptoms that millions of consumers rely on’.
