Drinking Diet Coke just got cooler. The staple drink of fashionistas everywhere has just been given a stylish new makeover, courtesy of the imitable Jean Paul Gaultier.
In between the release of his new A/W12 collection, Jean Paul Gaultier has given the beverage an original, sexy, rock ‘n’ roll design called ‘Tattoo You’. Stephane Sednaoui shot the campaign, and the limited edition bottles will be available exclusively in Europe (sorry, America).
The French designer was appointed as Diet Coke’s European Creative Director back in the spring, when he revealed two ‘Day’ and ‘Night’ bottle designs, based on his well-known ‘Classique’ and ‘Le Male’ fragrance bottles.
This isn’t the first time that the beverage brand has worked with a big-name fashion designer – Karl Lagerfeld (the man who famously once said that he doesn’t drink water – “Just Diet Coke”) created two sets of bottle designs last year .
