This work, spotted by staff as an organisation that helps foreign students to study n Britain looks to be Banksy’s latest work.

If this is the case then this will be the first new work spotted since Banksy’s dalliance with the Occupy London lot, offering them his version of a Monopoly board.

The work shows a woman being pulled towards the ground by a shopping trolley containing materialistic items such as a bottle of wine. You can see the graffiti near the ForeignStudents.com building on Bruton Lane in Westminster.
