This is some very welcome news indeed Hummingbird aren’t stopping at a new shop in Islington, oh no.

Those brilliant cake makers and people people that introduced me to my favourite time of sponger, Red Velvet, The Hummingbird Bakery are going mobile with a mobile bakery.

The Hummingbird Bakery has launched a fully functioning mobile bakery. You can now expect to see Hummingbird taking to the road to arrive at any festival or event in the UK and begin baking cupcakes from scratch. MMmmmm.

As a major thing for The Hummingbird Bakery is that it hand bakes it’s cakes on site at each of its branches and only serves freshly baked goods the fact that they can still do this in their mobile bakery is brilliant. The mobile bakery is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, means that it can continue with this tradition and bring fresh, handmade cupcakes to festival goers virtually anywhere.
