The entire contents of the Howard Hotel, one of London’s most renowned 5 star hotels will go to auction later this week after it shut on the 30th September.
The Howard Hotel was the sister hotel to the Savoy and was comprised of 189 luxury bedroom suites Designer inspired guest areas, bar, library and award winning restaurant.
Now there is a planned site development to replace 308,000 sq ft at Arundel Court and the hotel to 584,000 sq ft mixed commercial and residential units.
The auction will take place on the 25th & 26th October 2011 through Pro Auction of Bath.
The sale will be live from The Howard Hotel, London Temple Place, London WC2R 2PR from 10:30am both days, and webcast over the internet via the Bidspotter platform.
