The first trailer for Dax Shepard’s new film, Hit and Run has been released today and you can check it out above.
Not only did Shepard co-direct the film but he also starred as the leading man in it and wrote the script himself making him a pretty talented man indeed.
Hit and Run tells the story of a get-away driver who was involved in a bank robbery. Now in a witness protection programme and dating a very beautiful girl (played by Kristen Bell) he thinks that he’s got his life sorted out.
That is until his old criminal friends come knocking wanting some money that he owes them. There begins an energetic road trip across America with the cops chasing them all the way.
Also starring Kristin Chenoweth, David Koechner, Beau Bridges and Tom Arnold Hit and Run is due for released in the US in August however there isn’t a set date for a UK release yet so for now you’ll just have to make do with the trailer above and if you like it keep your fingers crossed that it makes its way over to us at a similar time.
