Have you thought that it would be mighty night to spend a day or an evening in Royal company? Do you every so often think wouldn’t it be nice to sit down on the sofa with Will and Kate, put your feet up and watch a film?
Well now you can get kind of half way there as the Queen has decided to hire out Will and Kates house, AKA Kensington Palace Gardens, for events and functions and the Monarchy seem to be pulling all the purse strings to get in more dosh.
This Summer Kensington Palace Garden’s will host the interior design festival, Decorex, the biggest in the country expected to bring more than 11,000 visitors to Will and Kate’s back yard.
No one knows just how much it costs to hire out the space but what has been made public is that the events organizers have had to pay Kensington and Chelsea council £28,965 for a temporary events license meaning this is by no means a cheap affair.
