Yep that’s the 26th February. Hache opens it doors to their newest venue in Shoreditch, Curtain to bring you even more burgers, just incase London needed any.
Hache isn’t a new burger joint however, it has had it’s burgery fingers in London’s bap pie for quite some time, offering ‘gourmet burgers’ for 10 years to be precise with it’s first location being in Camden. You’re noticed the ads on the Camden tube escalators for the best burger in London? Well those are for Hache. And although the best burger in London is a highly debatable topic nowadays they have done well, unlike some other older burger chains to still be doing well enough to afford to open a new venue.
Hache chop their meat rather than mince it and serve it in a Ciabatta or Brioche bun.
Burgers are priced at around £8.95-£10 and our favourite is the Steak Louisianna burger, topped with American Crunchy Peanut Butter and melted cheese.
Other non-burger options on the menu include vege burger options, fish and of course steak.
There’s another hit for the Diner.
