Gossip have announced they will be playing a London headline show on 5th July.

The Beth Dittofronted band will play the 02 Shepherd’s Bush Empire and will be to celebrate the release of their new album A Joyful Noise. The date follows on from their XOYO show on 15th May and will see the band playing old hits as well as new tracks from the latest album.

Gossip are back with a new album and a new sound, recently speaking to BBC News Ditto said ‘It sounds grown-up and sad. I love sad songs. They say so much. I love country music but even the happy songs sound really sad.’ The album will be the bands first release since their 2009 album Music for Men.
